Charlene Muhammad

Charlene Muhammad is a practicing Clinical Herbalist who has been embracing the spirit of herbal medicine for over eighteen years. She cultivated her practice within her family and community, nurturing her two sons with herbs since birth. Charlene’s Clinical practice is predicated on a solid knowledge of nutrition, health and personal use of plants, giving her hands-on relationship and knowledge of the successes and challenges that herbal remedies can provide.
Charlene is also an early childhood educator, certified yoga instructor and childbirth doula. She has worked extensively in the early childhood community participating in local and national conferences on parenting and human growth and development. She has also assisted women in birth at local hospitals around the Washington DC and Baltimore Metropolitan area. Charlene teaches a variety of yoga classes throughout the metropolitan Baltimore area. A graduate of Cornell University, Charlene holds a Master’s Degree in Herbal Medicine at the Tai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts.
Charlene Muhammad, MS is a clinical herbalist, doula, early childhood educator and mother of two dynamic sons. She practices in the Baltimore-DC area.
